EPC Spruce Village Centre Ground breaking

Edmonton, AB; October 12, 2017 – EPC Capital, a premier real estate and private equity investment firm, celebrated today the official ground breaking for EPC Spruce Village Centre. Ayaz Bhanji, Sam Narayan and Aleem Popatia, Partners of EPC Capital, were joined by local dignitaries and Chamber of Spruce Grove, including Mayor Stuart Houston, Deputy Mayor Ed McLean, Chamber of Commerce President Brenda Johnson, Chamber of Commerce Chair Rik Kaminsky, and many more.

Located at 5 Spruce Village Way in Spruce Grove, Alberta, the centre will be approximately 20,000 square feet over two floors, and will feature a beautiful mosaic and large windows. This retail and professional neighborhood centre will service the most immediate communities of Spruce Village, Greystone and Grove Meadows, as well as visitors to Jubilee Park. The development, through joint venture, is EPC Capital’s first project in the growing city if Spruce Grove.
